Dedicated Seat Model is a unique staff augmentation solution for small & medium sized companies. It helps organizations to fully augment their IT needs by setting up their own offshore development centre in India with minimal costs. In this model, we offer full time resources or 'seats', as a virtual extension of the client's own staff placed at our Offshore Delivery Center. Thus this next generation staff augmentation model becomes an offshore development center for our clients.
Under this model a dedicated remote team of highly skilled developers work on a full time basis for a client. The dedicated team works in our delivery center in India (in our center in Toronto in some cases) and is dedicated to a single client!
